Polyurethane sandwich panels are produced using two types of industrial production lines: continuous and discontinuous.

The discontinuous lines are designed specifically for manufacturing polyurethane sandwich panels, where the side sheets are positioned within the mold. In the polyurethane foam injection section, raw materials including non-continuous panel-grade polyol and isocyanate are combined and injected between the steel sheets.<\/p>
