The foundation of the Razin Industrial Group was laid in 2006 (1385 in the Iranian calendar) within the IBACO Business Consulting and Analysis Institute, which later changed its name to Razin Financial and Investment Institute. Two years later, in 2007 and 2008 (1386 and 1387), the group continued its development path in the production of various polymers and engineering chemicals. This expansion was realized through the establishment of two production units: Razin Polymer Engineering Polymers (a producer of various engineering polymers) and Razin Polymer Silk Road (a manufacturer of PVB sheets used in the production of safety glass).After a few years of pause and following the stabilization of the commercial position of the aforementioned companies, the development path of Razin Industrial Group was resumed. In 2017 (1396), the development of Razin Polyurethane Company (a producer of polyester polyols and polyurethane systems) took place, followed in 2020 (1399) by the establishment of Part Razin (a producer of extruded profiles from engineering polymers).The group's development strategy is based on advancing modern technologies across the value chain of engineering polymers, producing catalysts and advanced chemical materials, and establishing medium-sized petrochemical units.
