Polyol Hard Grade for Rolling Shutters
Polyol Hard Grade for Rolling ShuttersIn the roller shutter products section, Razin Polyurethane Company offers the Razapol 301 grade, which is gas-free, suitable for manufacturing insulated shutters. Grade 301 is produced using the catalyst DMCHA and is used in the production of insulating shutters. Depending on the catalyst consumption, it has a bulk density of 25-28 kg/m³.
Polyol Hard Grade for Spraying
Polyurethane systems are among the most widely used insulating materials for buildings due to their excellent properties. Their structure ensures strength, impermeability, and low thermal conductivity, allowing buildings to achieve superior thermal performance and increasing energy efficiency.Polyurethane spray foams are polyurethane-based insulating materials applied via spray technique supported by high-pressure equipment and machinery. After spraying, within seconds, the spray polyurethane transforms into a rigid, insulating foam. This material exhibits high resistance to aging effects and has a long service life, lasting over 50 years without deterioration.
The applications of polyurethane spray foam in the construction industry include:
- Insulation of industrial roofs
- Insulation of walls and roofs in residential units
- Insulation of walls and roofs in administrative and commercial centers
- Insulation of marine vessels
- Cold storage insulation
- Insulation of tanks and silos
- And more
Polyol Hard Grade Pipe Insulation
Pipe insulation is extensively used in liquid and gas transmission networks, chemical pipeline thermal maintenance engineering, oil industry, central heating networks, HVAC systems, urban engineering, and others. Recently, due to climate change and increasing consumption, the importance of energy-saving solutions in building materials has grown to create a safe and sustainable environment. Pipe insulation is one of the most common materials in buildings and industrial structures, significantly contributing to energy conservation.
Razin Polyurethane Company’s pipe insulation materials not only prevent heat loss and protect against water vapor condensation and mold formation but also prevent freezing in outdoor systems, avoiding flow blockages.
Other features of Razin polyurethane insulation materials include resistance within a temperature range of -50 to 135°C and a low thermal transfer coefficient. This rigid thermal insulator fully protects pipes from damage.
It is noteworthy that the thermal conductivity coefficient (Lambda) of polyurethane is lower than that of other insulating materials such as wood, mineral wool, and polystyrene, thanks to the closed-cell structure of polyurethane foams. Therefore, the thermal insulation capability of rigid polyurethane foams far exceeds that of other insulators.
Additionally, Razin Polyurethane Company supplies various complementary polyols, including different isocyanates and curing catalysts.
